Cold email copy checker

Paste your cold email and get a score out of 100. See what is too long, too vague or reads like a robot, and what to fix first.

Step 1: Your email
Leave your greeting and sign-off in. Your email stays in your browser: nothing is sent or saved.
Step 2: Three quick questions
Does your first line say something real about them?
Something you could point to, like a job they posted or a plant they opened. Their company name alone does not count.
Do you say why you are writing to them now?
A real event, like new funding or a new sales lead. Saying you are guessing also counts.
If you mention a result, does it have a real number?
Like: we took cost per meeting from 540 to 210 euros. Answer yes if you mention no results at all.
