Outreach sequence planner

Answer a few questions and get your sequence laid out day by day, with the inboxes, domains and LinkedIn accounts it takes to run it.

Channels
Step 1: Your sequence
Count the first email and every follow-up.
Working days are Monday to Friday. With 3, an email on Monday is followed by one on Thursday.
Type 0 if you only send the connection request.
What comes first?
We leave a few days between a LinkedIn touch and an email, so the same person never hears from you twice in a row.
Step 2: Your volume and limits
Count people, not messages. One person who gets 3 emails counts as 1.
Use the daily limit you set for one inbox in your email sending tool.
A domain is the part after the @, like yourcompany.com. Count the inboxes on each one.
LinkedIn does not publish a fixed limit. Use the weekly limit you set in your LinkedIn tool.
