SDR cost calculator: in-house vs outsourced

See what an in-house SDR team really costs per meeting, next to the outsourced quote on your desk. Your pay, tools, ramp and meeting numbers, nothing preset.

Currency
Step 1: One in-house SDR
Base salary plus the commission or bonus they earn when they hit target. Per person, per year, before employer costs.
Social contributions, pension, insurance and benefits, as a share of pay. Finance will know it. Type 0 to leave it out.
Sending tool, contact data, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, dialer, anything they need to do the job. Type 0 if you already pay for it all.
Qualified meetings that happen, not ones booked and then cancelled. Use your own history if you have it.
Step 2: The team
The team you are comparing against the quote.
Onboarding, learning the offer, building a list. Type 0 if they start at full speed. We assume a straight-line ramp.
Step 3: The outsourced quote
The recurring fee for the whole team or service. Spread any one-off setup fee across 12 months and add it here.
What the provider commits to, or expects, once the programme is running. Ask for it in writing if it is not in the quote.
Most providers have a setup period too. Leave empty if the quote is for full volume from month one.
