Compare against yourself instead. Last month's spam rate, last month's bounce rate, last month's reply rate on the same segment. Those comparisons are valid, available, and the only ones that will tell you whether something changed.

Spam rate in Postmaster Tools, daily. The one number with a published, enforced threshold. If you send meaningful volume to Gmail and are not looking at this, nothing else on the list matters yet.

Authentication pass rates, weekly. SPF, DKIM and DMARC alignment. These break silently when someone changes DNS or adds a new sending service.
