Woodpecker pricing 2026: plans, add-ons and real cost
TL;DR
The pricing page shows no plan names. You choose how many prospects you contact each month, from 500 for $35 a month ($280 a year on annual billing) up to 1,000,000, and annual billing saves 33%.
Every tier includes unlimited email accounts, unlimited team members, unlimited email verification and free warm-ups, from 2 on the 500 tier to 20 on the 10,000 tier.
Add-ons are billed on top: LinkedIn at $29 per account a month, API and integrations at $20 a month, extra warm-ups at $5, Woodpecker-sold mailboxes at $4 to $6 and the Agency Panel at $27 per active client.
The trial is 14 days or 100 cold emails, whichever comes first. Annual plans are non-refundable, and monthly refunds apply only within 3 days of payment on an unused account.
Woodpecker prices cold email by contacted prospects, not seats: the entry tier costs $35 a month for 500 prospects, or $23.33 a month billed yearly, and the price rises with the number of new people you email each month. Team members and email accounts are unlimited on every tier, so the bill grows through volume and add-ons. Below are every tier and add-on as listed on 14 October 2026, what counts as a contacted prospect, what Woodpecker really costs at common volumes and the refund terms to read before you pay. For features beyond price, see our Woodpecker tool profile.
Woodpecker plans and prices
Woodpecker's pricing page has a single calculator instead of plan cards. You pick the number of contacted prospects you need each month from a drop-down, and the price follows. The page shows no plan names, although Woodpecker's help centre refers to Starter, Growth and Scale plans. There are 23 tiers, from 500 to 1,000,000 contacted prospects a month, plus an Unlimited option. Annual billing cuts every tier by 33%, which means monthly billing costs 50% more than the annual rate.
The headline insight: the price per prospect falls fast at the bottom of the range. Four times the prospects, from 500 to 2,000 a month, costs less than twice as much.
Figure: Woodpecker tiers, prices and included allowances as listed on 14 October 2026.
500 prospects a month: $35 a month, or $280 a year ($23.33 a month) on annual billing.
2,000 prospects a month: $67 a month, or $536 a year ($44.67 a month, which the page rounds to $45).
4,000 prospects a month: $99 a month, or $792 a year ($66 a month).
10,000 prospects a month: $188 a month, or $1,504 a year ($125.33 a month).
100,000 prospects a month: $1,354 a month, or $10,832 a year ($902.67 a month).
Unlimited: $9,999 a month, or $79,992 a year ($6,666 a month). On list prices this is cheaper than the 1,000,000 tier at $10,312 a month.
Prices exclude VAT. The calculator offers 12 currencies, and the euro, pound and Swiss franc prices use the same numbers as the dollar prices, so the 500 tier is €35, £35 or CHF 35 a month. Woodpecker's terms of service, last updated 7 September 2026, say the website pricing is "for reference only" and that the binding price is the one shown inside the app or agreed with you separately. Check the checkout page before you commit to a year.
What counts as a contacted prospect
A contacted prospect is one person processed in one campaign in your billing month. Woodpecker's billing metrics article lists the actions that count: email validation, sending the first email or first LinkedIn step, routing in a condition-based campaign and tasks.
Three rules decide how fast you use the limit:
Follow-ups are free. Emailing someone up to 16 times in the same campaign counts once. Campaigns have up to 16 steps.
Each campaign counts separately. The same person added to 5 campaigns counts as 5 contacted prospects.
The limit is per account and resets monthly. It renews on your billing date on both monthly and annual plans, and unused prospects do not roll over.
When you hit the limit, Woodpecker does not stop your campaigns. It stops adding new prospects, and planned follow-ups to people already in a sequence still go out. Plans never upgrade automatically: you upgrade yourself or wait for the reset.
What every Woodpecker tier includes
The prospect tier sets more than the prospect limit. Each tier also sets an email allowance, a number of free warm-ups and a number of Lead Finder credits.
Emails a month: contacted prospects multiplied by 16, the maximum number of campaign steps. The 500 tier sends up to 8,000 emails a month and the 10,000 tier up to 160,000. Every email counts toward this, follow-ups included.
Warm-ups: 2 free on the 500 tier, 6 on 2,000, 10 on 4,000 and 20 on 10,000. Extra warm-ups cost $5 per mailbox a month.
Lead Finder credits: 100 a month on the 500 tier, 200 on 2,000 and 350 on 10,000, for Woodpecker's B2B database. Finding an email costs 1.5 credits and viewing a lead costs 1 credit, so 100 credits do not go far.
Email verification: unlimited, including catch-all addresses, run through Bouncer.
Team members and email accounts: unlimited on every tier, with no seat fee.
Every tier also includes the same feature set: inbox rotation, adaptive sending, a deliverability monitor, A/B tests with up to 5 versions, condition-based campaigns, an AI email writer, a shared inbox and a domain audit for SPF and DKIM.

Woodpecker add-ons and what they cost
The base tier covers email. LinkedIn, the API and extra infrastructure are add-ons, priced per month and billed pro rata when you add them mid-cycle. The main point: add-ons get no annual discount, so they make up a bigger share of the bill on annual plans.
Figure: Woodpecker add-on prices as listed on 14 October 2026.
LinkedIn outreach ($29 a month per connected account): adds invites, messages and profile visits to your email sequences. It runs in the cloud, and Woodpecker says actions stay within LinkedIn's limits for the account type.
API and integrations ($20 a month, flat): the API, webhooks, MCP server, CLI, two-way sync with HubSpot and Pipedrive, Zapier and Clay. Woodpecker's developer docs confirm that API access "is a part of the API keys & integrations add-on", and that trial users get it too.
Extra warm-ups ($5 a month per mailbox): for mailboxes beyond your tier's free allowance.
Mailboxes: $6 a month each for Google or Microsoft mailboxes, $4 a month each from Maildoso, Mailforge, Infraforge or Azure. Domains cost about $1 a month each, billed annually. You can also connect mailboxes you already own at no charge.
Lead Finder credits: from $10 a month for 500 credits, up to $1,400 a month for 70,000.
Agency Panel ($27 a month per active client): client sub-accounts, bulk campaign actions, view-only client access and one bill. White label adds $5 per client a month.
Outbound workshops ($2,000): four two-hour sessions with Woodpecker's team, with extra sessions at $500 each.
What one contacted prospect really costs
Divide the list price by the prospects and Woodpecker costs between 69 cents and $4.67 per 100 contacted prospects on annual billing. On monthly billing the range is $1.03 to $7.00. The curve is steep at the start and flat after about 10,000 a month.
Figure: list price on annual billing divided by contacted prospects a month, Woodpecker pricing as of 14 October 2026.
In practice, the 500 tier is a test budget. If you plan to contact more than about 1,000 people a month, the 2,000 tier costs $536 a year against $280, and you get four times the room. Remember that each campaign counts the same person again, so plan the tier on prospects per campaign, not unique people.
Real cost at common volumes
List prices only tell half the story. We priced three typical setups on annual billing, adding the add-ons each one usually needs.
Figure: yearly cost of three Woodpecker setups at list prices on annual billing. GROU calculation.
Solo founder, 500 prospects a month: the 500 tier at $280 a year, sending from 2 mailboxes you already own with the 2 free warm-ups. About 4.7 cents a prospect. On monthly billing the same setup costs $420 a year.
Small team, 2,000 prospects a month with LinkedIn: the 2,000 tier ($536), one LinkedIn account ($348) and API and integrations for CRM sync ($240). Total $1,124 a year, or $93.67 a month. On monthly billing: $116 a month, $1,392 a year.
Scaling outbound, 10,000 prospects a month: the 10,000 tier ($1,504), 20 Google mailboxes bought through Woodpecker ($1,440), two LinkedIn accounts ($696) and the API add-on ($240). Total $3,880 a year, or $323.33 a month, about 3.2 cents a prospect. The tier's 20 free warm-ups cover all 20 mailboxes.
Agency with 5 active clients at 25,000 prospects a month: the 25,000 tier ($3,160 a year) plus the Agency Panel for 5 clients ($1,620 a year) comes to $4,780 a year before mailboxes and LinkedIn.
The pattern is clear in the third setup: the plan is $1,504 of a $3,880 year. Mailboxes and LinkedIn seats are where a Woodpecker bill grows, so price those first. If you are still choosing a mailbox provider, see our guide to the best cold email inbox providers.
Free trial, contract and refunds
The free trial lasts 14 days or 100 cold emails, whichever comes first, with every feature and no card required. Woodpecker says you can extend it through the in-app chat, and you keep access to your account after it ends.
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle, monthly or annual, and you cancel in the Billing section of the app. The terms of service are narrow on refunds:
Monthly plans: you can request a refund within three days of a payment only if the account has not been used, meaning no prospects processed and no messages sent. Refunds cover the most recent payment only.
Annual plans and the Pause plan: non-refundable.
Partner add-ons: payments for domains, email accounts and Lead Finder are "strictly non-refundable."
No refunds for dissatisfaction or for bans and restrictions imposed by email providers.
Upgrades apply at once and you pay the full difference between tiers, whatever is left of the cycle. Woodpecker's example: moving from $67 to $99 costs $32 plus tax. Downgrades take effect from the next billing period, with no refund for the difference.
The practical rule: run the trial, then one or two months on monthly billing before you lock in a non-refundable year.
Hidden costs to check before you buy
Repeat prospects across campaigns. Every campaign counts the same person again. Re-engagement campaigns and A/B tests split into separate campaigns use the limit faster than you expect.
Warm-ups beyond your tier. The 2,000 tier warms 6 mailboxes for free. A team running 10 mailboxes on that tier pays $20 a month more.
Lead Finder credits. At 1.5 credits per email found, the 100 credits on the 500 tier find about 66 emails. If you plan to source data inside Woodpecker, budget for credits or a separate data tool.
Add-ons without the annual discount. LinkedIn, API, mailboxes and the Agency Panel cost the same per month on annual billing.
Price changes. The terms let Woodpecker change prices and the pricing metric during your agreement, with notice. Screenshot the price you sign up at.
Deliverability is on you. Woodpecker does not refund for domain bans. Gmail's sender guidelines require a spam rate below 0.3% for every sender, with stricter rules for anyone sending 5,000 or more messages a day to Gmail. Read our cold email deliverability guide and the 2027 deliverability checklist before you scale.

Woodpecker vs the alternatives on price
Woodpecker's model sits between volume-priced and seat-priced tools. You pay for new prospects each month, not for uploaded contacts or users. Entry prices on 14 October 2026, from each vendor's pricing page:
Instantly: Growth costs $47 a month for 1,000 uploaded contacts and 5,000 emails a month, with unlimited email accounts and warm-up. See our Instantly pricing breakdown.
Smartlead: Base costs $39 a month, or $32 billed yearly, for 2,000 contacts and 6,000 emails a month, with unlimited email accounts. See our Smartlead review.
Lemlist: the Email plan costs $69 a month, or $55 billed yearly, and Lemlist prices by user. LinkedIn is included from the Multichannel plan at $109 a month. See Lemlist pricing.
Reply.io: Email Volume starts at $59 per user a month, or $49 billed yearly, with LinkedIn as a $69 a month add-on per account. See Reply.io pricing.
The difference that matters is how each tool counts. Woodpecker counts people per campaign per month and lets you email them up to 16 times. Instantly and Smartlead count uploaded contacts and emails sent. Lemlist and Reply.io charge per user. For a wider comparison, see the best cold email tools.
Who Woodpecker pricing suits
Woodpecker is a good buy if you:
Run a team where several people share one sending account, since seats are free
Send long sequences to a steady number of new prospects each month
Want email verification and warm-up included rather than bought separately
Run outbound for clients and need the Agency Panel with per-client billing
It is a weaker fit if you rerun the same list through many separate campaigns, or if you need large data volumes inside the tool, because Lead Finder credits run out fast.
FAQ
How much does Woodpecker cost per month?
Woodpecker starts at $35 a month for 500 contacted prospects, or $23.33 a month billed yearly. The 2,000 tier costs $67 a month ($44.67 yearly) and the 10,000 tier $188 a month ($125.33 yearly). Prices exclude VAT.
Does Woodpecker have a free plan?
No. There is a free trial of 14 days or 100 cold emails, whichever comes first, with all features and no card needed. You can ask support to extend it.
What is a contacted prospect in Woodpecker?
A person processed in one campaign in your billing month, for example by email validation or the first email or LinkedIn step. Follow-ups in the same campaign do not count again, but the same person in two campaigns counts twice.
Does Woodpecker charge per user or per email account?
No. Team members and connected email accounts are unlimited on every tier. You pay only if you buy mailboxes through Woodpecker, at $4 to $6 each a month.
How much is the Woodpecker LinkedIn add-on?
$29 a month per connected LinkedIn account, on top of your contacted prospect tier. The price is the same on annual billing.
Can I get a refund from Woodpecker?
Rarely. Annual plans are non-refundable. On monthly plans you can request a refund within three days of a payment only if the account has not been used since.
Bottom line
Woodpecker pricing is simple once you know the unit: you pay for new people contacted each month, from $35 for 500, or $23.33 billed yearly, with seats, email accounts, verification and a tier-based number of warm-ups included. The real bill comes from add-ons: LinkedIn at $29 per account, the API at $20 and mailboxes at $4 to $6 each, none of which get the annual discount. Start with the trial and a month or two on monthly billing, measure how many prospects your campaigns actually use, then size the annual tier to that number.
