SignalHire pricing 2026: plans, credits and real cost
TL;DR
SignalHire has a free plan with 5 credits (10 a month if you install the extension) and three paid plans, Emails, Phones and Emails & Phones. Each comes in two credit sizes, at $49 or $69 a month, or $39 or $57 a month billed yearly.
The Emails plan gives 600 or 1,000 credits a month. The Phones and Emails & Phones plans give 300 or 435 a month, so phone data costs about twice as much per contact.
Unlimited packages cost $79 to $99 a month, or $63 to $83 billed yearly. SignalHire caps them at 2,000 credits a month under fair use.
There are no seat fees, API access is included in every paid plan, and SignalHire does not offer refunds.
SignalHire prices by credits, not seats: one credit unlocks one contact, and the three credit plans each start at $49 a month, or $39 a month billed yearly. What changes between plans is the number of credits and whether they include phone numbers. Below are every plan and price as listed on 14 October 2026, what a contact really costs, how the Unlimited packages work and the terms to read before you pay.
SignalHire plans and prices
SignalHire lists five plans on its pricing page: Free, Emails, Phones, Emails & Phones and Scale. Each paid plan has a slider with three sizes: a smaller credit tier at $49 a month ($39 billed yearly, $468 a year), a larger one at $69 a month ($57 billed yearly, $684 a year) and an Unlimited package. Scale is quoted by sales.
Figure: SignalHire plans, prices and credits as listed on 14 October 2026.
Free ($0): 5 credits, no card needed. Installing the browser extension lifts this to 10 free credits a month.
Emails ($49 or $69/mo, or $39 or $57/mo billed yearly): 600 or 1,000 email credits a month on monthly billing, or 7,200 or 12,000 a year on annual billing. No phone numbers.
Phones ($49 or $69/mo, or $39 or $57/mo billed yearly): 300 or 435 phone credits a month, or 3,600 or 5,400 a year on annual billing.
Emails & Phones ($49 or $69/mo, or $39 or $57/mo billed yearly): the same 300 or 435 credits a month on monthly billing, or 3,600 or 5,400 a year on annual billing, with each credit returning both emails and phone numbers.
Emails Unlimited ($79/mo, or $63/mo billed yearly): no credit counter on emails, within a fair use cap.
Phones or Emails & Phones Unlimited ($99/mo, or $83/mo billed yearly): the same idea with phone numbers, within the same cap.
Scale (contact sales): bulk licensing of SignalHire's database, custom contact details, bulk prospecting and job-change tracking.
SignalHire shows struck-through "reference" prices next to each plan and a banner that says "save up to 74%". Those anchors move often, so compare the price you will actually pay, not the discount.
How SignalHire credits work
SignalHire charges one credit per contact, and only when it finds something. In its own words, clicking Get Contacts "subtracts 1 contact if at least 1 email address or phone number is returned." A search that comes back empty costs nothing.
What a credit returns depends on the plan. Emails plan credits return email addresses only, Phones plan credits return phone numbers, and Emails & Phones credits return both. Because the phone plans give 435 credits for the same $69 that buys 1,000 email credits (and 300 for the $49 that buys 600), phone data costs about twice as much per contact.
Credits are shared. SignalHire says you can invite an unlimited number of users, with no charge per seat, and the API documentation confirms the same credits are used across the website, the browser extension and the API. A five-person team on one plan shares one pool.

What one SignalHire contact really costs
Divide the list price by the credits and a SignalHire contact costs between 3 and 16 cents. Email-only contacts cost about 6 to 8 cents. Contacts with phone numbers cost about 13 cents on annual billing and 16 cents on monthly billing, on either credit size. The smaller tier costs a little more per email contact, but it is the cheaper plan overall if you need fewer contacts. The Unlimited packages come in lowest, at 3 to 5 cents, but only if you use close to the full 2,000 contacts a month.
Figure: list price divided by included credits, SignalHire pricing as of 14 October 2026.
The catch is that Unlimited is a flat fee. Emails & Phones Unlimited at $83 a month billed yearly works out to about 4 cents a contact at 2,000 contacts a month, but about 21 cents at 400 contacts a month. Whenever the 435-credit Emails & Phones plan covers your volume, it is cheaper per contact. Above about 450 contacts with phones a month, it no longer covers you, and Unlimited is the self-serve option.
Is SignalHire Unlimited really unlimited?
No. SignalHire's terms, last updated 31 August 2026, say unlimited email and phone packages are limited to 2,000 credits a month. Unused credits from that monthly limit do not carry over and expire at the end of the month. You can raise the limit for an extra fee by contacting sales.
The terms describe the unlimited packages as offered with an annual subscription, and the pricing page shows the same 2,000 a month fair-use note on the monthly Unlimited prices ($79 and $99). Either way, plan around 2,000 contacts a month, and ask SignalHire in writing if you need more.
What SignalHire costs by monthly volume
The right plan depends on how many contacts you need each month and whether you need phone numbers. On annual billing:
Figure: yearly cost of each SignalHire plan by monthly contact volume, list prices on annual billing.
Emails only, up to 600 a month: the smaller Emails tier at $468 a year billed yearly, or $588 a year on monthly billing. About 7 cents a contact.
Emails only, up to 1,000 a month: the larger Emails tier at $684 a year billed yearly, or $828 a year on monthly billing. About 6 cents a contact.
With phone numbers, up to 300 a month: the smaller Emails & Phones tier at $468 a year billed yearly. About 13 cents a contact.
With phone numbers, up to about 450 a month: the larger Emails & Phones tier at $684 a year billed yearly. About 13 cents a contact.
With phone numbers, more than 450 a month: Emails & Phones Unlimited at $996 a year billed yearly ($1,188 on monthly billing), capped at 2,000 contacts a month.
One detail on annual billing: the larger Emails & Phones tier lists 435 credits a month on monthly billing but 5,400 a year on annual billing, which averages 450 a month. SignalHire's page does not say whether annual credits arrive all at once or month by month, so check before you plan a large one-off export.
API, integrations and team features
Every paid plan includes unlimited users, team management, the browser extension, CSV enrichment, CSV export, CRM and ATS integrations and API access. There is no separate API price.
API limits: up to 100 profiles per request and 600 per minute on paid plans, and 5 per minute on the trial, per SignalHire's rate limit documentation.
Search API: searches are not billed per credit. They count against a daily quota shared between the website and the API, and SignalHire does not publish the quota size.
Integrations: the integrations page lists 26, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Salesloft, Reply.io and a long list of recruiting ATS tools.
Extension: works on LinkedIn, Facebook, GitHub, X and Meetup profiles. The Chrome Web Store listing shows 400,000 users.
Bulk: enrich or export up to 1,000 profiles or companies at a time.
Most of the 26 integrations are recruiting ATS tools, so SignalHire fits recruiters as well as sales teams.

Figure: the SignalHire extension on a profile page. Image: SignalHire.
Contract, cancellation and refunds
SignalHire subscriptions renew automatically at the rate you signed up for. You can cancel at any time and keep using your remaining credits until the end of the billing period. The terms are strict on money back: "we do not offer any refunds", and subscriptions are "not refundable, in whole or part, upon membership termination." The only exception the terms name is proven unauthorised activity on your account.
Two practical points follow. Start on the free plan or one month of monthly billing before you commit to a year, and set a reminder before renewal, because an annual plan you forget to cancel cannot be refunded.
Hidden costs to check before you buy
Prices change often. SignalHire publishes no changelog, but the third-party tracker PricingSaaS logged 16 price and packaging changes in 2026 alone. Screenshot the price you sign up at.
Currency. The pricing page shows $ without naming a currency. If you pay in euros or pounds, check the amount at checkout.
Top-ups. SignalHire does not publish a price for extra credits. If you run out mid-month, you upgrade or wait.
Rollover. The terms say unused Unlimited credits expire monthly. For the standard credit plans, neither the pricing page nor the terms say whether unused credits carry over, so assume they do not.
Without-contacts API credits. Pulling profile data without emails or phones through the API "requires a separate credit type," and SignalHire does not publish its price.
SignalHire vs the alternatives on price
SignalHire's model is a shared credit pool with unlimited users, so there are no seat fees, which per-user tools like Kaspr and Apollo charge. How it compares:
Lusha: also credit-based, but an email costs 1 credit and a phone number 5 credits, per Lusha's pricing page. SignalHire charges one credit for both on Emails & Phones. See our Lusha review.
Kaspr: priced per user, with unlimited B2B email credits and 100 or 200 phone credits a month depending on the plan, per its pricing page. Per-user pricing gets expensive as the team grows. See our Kaspr review.
RocketReach: the closest like-for-like lookup tool.
Apollo: a database plus sequencing in one tool, priced per user. See Apollo pricing.

Who SignalHire pricing suits
SignalHire is a good buy if you:
Need contact details for a steady, predictable number of people each month
Have several people sharing one budget, since there are no seat fees
Source candidates or prospects from LinkedIn and want the browser extension
Need phone numbers in volume and can use most of the 2,000-contact Unlimited cap
Skip it if you need a full prospecting database with filters and sequencing in one tool, or if you only need a handful of contacts a month, where the free plans of other tools may be enough. Before you export EU contacts, read SignalHire's GDPR statement and our GDPR cold email playbook: its terms make you the data controller for the data you pull.

Bottom line

For teams that need phone numbers at volume, Emails & Phones Unlimited at $83 a month billed yearly is the cheapest per contact, as long as you use most of its 2,000-a-month cap. For small or irregular volumes, start on the free plan or a single month and check the hit rate on your own list before you commit to a non-refundable year.

Each paid plan has a slider with three sizes: a smaller credit tier at $49 a month ($39 billed yearly, $468 a year), a larger one at $69 a month ($57 billed yearly, $684 a year) and an Unlimited package.

The smaller tier costs a little more per email contact, but it is the cheaper plan overall if you need fewer contacts. The Unlimited packages come in lowest, at 3 to 5 cents, but only if you use close to the full 2,000 contacts a month.

How many credits does a SignalHire contact use?
One. SignalHire subtracts one credit per contact, and only if it returns at least one email address or phone number.
Is SignalHire Unlimited really unlimited?
No. SignalHire caps unlimited packages at 2,000 credits a month under fair use, and unused credits from that limit expire at the end of each month. You can raise the limit for an extra fee through sales.
Does SignalHire charge per user?

No, in almost all cases. SignalHire's terms say it does not offer refunds and that subscriptions are not refundable on cancellation. You can cancel any time and use your credits until the period ends.
Bottom line
SignalHire pricing is simple at the top and detailed underneath: $49 a month, or $39 billed yearly, buys 600 email contacts or 300 contacts with phone numbers, and $69, or $57 billed yearly, buys 1,000 or 435, with unlimited users and API access included.
