Fazi is a Serbian iGaming company developing electronic gaming machines, roulette terminals, and gaming software for operators, casinos, and gaming halls across international markets.
For this engagement, the goal was to build a stronger digital presence in a relationship-driven B2B industry where visibility, credibility, and consistency matter. LinkedIn became the core channel for that effort, supported by a newsletter and paid campaign activity around key commercial moments.
When we started working with Fazi in late 2023, the company had around 2,500 LinkedIn followers and no structured content strategy. Its presence was inconsistent, with occasional posts but no clear rhythm, no newsletter, and no stronger positioning system behind it.
The challenge was not just growing follower numbers. Fazi needed a credible and consistent B2B presence that could reach the right audience, casino operators, distributors, and gaming professionals, at a level strong enough to support brand recognition and future pipeline. In a niche industry like iGaming, that requires sustained execution rather than isolated campaigns.
Our goal was to help Fazi become a more visible and credible voice in the B2B iGaming space by building a consistent LinkedIn presence, growing an owned newsletter audience, and supporting market expansion with paid campaigns.
The system also needed to be repeatable. It had to give the Fazi team a structured monthly editorial process, a clear channel for product launches and event visibility, and a stronger digital base for future commercial activity.
We approached the engagement as a full LinkedIn growth and content system, not just a posting service.
First, we built the strategic foundation by reviewing competitors, auditing Fazi’s channels, and defining target audiences and priority markets. From there, we created a structured monthly content workflow with branded visuals, planned editorial themes, and a review process with the Fazi team.
Alongside organic content, we launched a recurring LinkedIn newsletter aimed at B2B gaming professionals. This gave Fazi a second owned audience beyond the page itself. We also layered in performance campaigns on LinkedIn and Google to support trade fairs, product launches, and market expansion activity.
We managed Fazi’s LinkedIn programme across three connected workstreams from October 2023 onward.
Our work included:
building and maintaining a monthly content calendar with the Fazi team
creating branded LinkedIn posts around product launches, fairs, milestones, and industry topics
managing the LinkedIn page and supporting issue resolution when the page was temporarily blocked
launching and producing a monthly LinkedIn newsletter for B2B gaming professionals
growing the newsletter into a direct audience channel with roughly 15,000 subscribers
running LinkedIn and Google Ads to support trade fairs, lead magnets, and market expansion campaigns
building landing pages and tracking for key campaign assets
delivering a LinkedIn workshop for the Fazi marketing team
By combining content, audience building, and paid amplification, we helped Fazi turn LinkedIn into a stronger long-term commercial channel.
The engagement turned Fazi’s LinkedIn presence from an inconsistent company page into one of the strongest B2B iGaming audiences in its space.
Over the course of the engagement, the page grew from roughly 2,500 followers to more than 30,000. At the same time, the LinkedIn newsletter grew from zero to around 15,000 subscribers, creating a second owned audience channel that Fazi could use for product launches, trade fair visibility, and ongoing industry communication.
Paid campaigns also supported key commercial moments, including ICE Barcelona, product-specific campaigns, and Austria-focused market activity. Together, the result was not just stronger visibility, but a more structured digital system that supported awareness, audience growth, and future pipeline.
Consistent content execution can build a large B2B audience even in a niche market like iGaming.
A LinkedIn newsletter is a valuable owned channel that grows independently from the company page itself.
Strong editorial rhythm and client review processes are what make long-term growth sustainable.
Paid campaigns work best when layered on top of a strong organic foundation.
In B2B iGaming, digital visibility directly supports commercial conversations around fairs, launches, and market expansion.
With Grou’s innovative approach, integrating always-on campaigns and strategic outreach, we’ve seen a significant boost in qualified leads.
